Privacy policy

Co-Drawing is a Google Meet add-on provided by sitey.net. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect Google account details, including your name and email address, authorization tokens, meeting and document identifiers, and content you create or open in Co-Drawing. The application also uses Google Analytics, which collects technical and usage information and may use cookies.

Meet participant verification and Calendar sharing are pending Google verification and are not yet available. Once enabled and authorized, these features will access Meet meeting identifiers, conference times, and participant information, plus Calendar event identifiers, titles, times, meeting links, organizer and attendee email addresses, and attachment metadata.

2. How we use your information

Meet data will be used to verify meeting identity and participation. Calendar data will be used to match the meeting to an event, share documents with its organizer and attendees according to the selected permissions, and add or remove document attachments on that event.

We use your information to authenticate your account, provide collaborative documents, and open or save authorized Google Drive files. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Data storage and security

Our application and database are hosted on OVHcloud. We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit and handle Google authorization tokens on the server. We do not collect your Google password. For these integrations, we will also store meeting membership, selected Calendar event metadata, and document-sharing records to maintain access and attachments. Service-side account records remain until deleted; you can request deletion by contacting us. Files saved to Google Drive remain there until you delete them.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for advertising or independent use. OVHcloud provides the infrastructure that processes and stores service data. Google processes authorized API requests and analytics information. Shared documents are available to collaborators according to their access permissions; authorization tokens are not shared with collaborators.

When Calendar sharing is enabled, Google will receive recipient email addresses to apply Drive permissions and file metadata to update event attachments. The event’s organizer and attendees may receive document access, and people able to view the event may see its attachment metadata.

This marketing website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes request information to deliver the website. It does not load analytics.

5. Your rights

You may revoke access through your Google account settings and request access, correction, or deletion of service-side data by contacting us. Revoking access does not automatically delete stored records or Drive files. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
